Technical Support Lead

Moscow, Russia

What you will do:

  • manage Tech Support team and plan, automate and optimize work
  • develop processes, regulations and instructions for improving the quality of services
  • ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • manage the documentation related to the work of Tech Support in the HelpDesk system
  • manage tasks for creation and upkeep of instructions, training videos, etc.
  • interact with the technical divisions of the company to resolve user issues
  • analyze customer needs and track feedback on the services provided
  • maintain the database of user issues and questions
  • maintain existing equipment and software, accompany repairs, carry out physical inventories
  • assist in video conferencing
  • accompany the work of DCS

We expect you to have:

  • service approach to work, ability to quickly defuse conflicts
  • good knowledge of network architecture and administration skills (Windows, Linux)
  • at least 2 years experience in managing a group of system administrators/HelpDesk teams
  • familiarity with Apple equipment
  • basic English
  • kindness, tactfulness, good social skills
  • love for order
  • good oral and written language skills

Will be an advantage:

  • experience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, IP telephony
  • knowledge of virtualization technology, experience with one of the virtualization technology platforms (Xen, KVM, VMware)
  • knowledge of ITIL/ITSM (edited)
