Match-3 Level Designer


Our Puzzle Kit department is working on an engine that is implemented in several projects at once. The team works on the fundamentals of all the Mind Fitness games of the company. We want to strengthen the team and are looking for a Match-3 level designer.

What you will do:

  • create new elements and mechanics for levels
  • create, assess, and adjust new and existing levels
  • analyze game level stats and tinker with the level balance
  • create and improve features of the level editor

We expect you to have:

  • know the principles of game balance adjustments, and the speed of content consumption
  • be able to combine creativity with methodological testing and balancing
  • have extensive gaming experience with Match-3 or related projects
  • be passionate about casual games

Would be advantageous:

  • ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • experience with version control systems (SVN, Git)
  • familiarity with 2D or 3D level editors or game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, Game Maker, etc.)
