What you will do:

Develop the mobile PvP shooter Guns of Boom so that it becomes the world leader in the genre and brings even more revenue to the company

Manage and develop your team of Game Designers to achieve desired goals

We expect you to have:

  • Experience in managing a team of game designers
  • A portfolio of released projects (especially shooters or other hardcore games)
  • Understanding of PvP games and their mechanics
  • Product vision; specifically, how changing the game can relate to changes in revenue
