Junior Technical Support Specialist
Our IT team is developing a service approach within the company. We optimize IT processes, reduce the speed of completing internal requests and continue to work on the quality of the service. We help the authors of our projects to make players happy.
We expect you to have:
- know how to troubleshoot software, PCs and office equipment
- have advanced knowledge of any operating system
- be familiar with the hardware of computers and laptops
- have a service approach to working with clients
- be passionate about games
- awesome office next to Gorky Park
- comfortable working hours
