IT Service Team Lead

Moscow, Russia

Our IT team is developing a service approach within the company by optimizing IT processes and improving the quality of service. We are looking for an outstanding manager who will lead the team of service administrators, to help the creators of our projects make players even happier.

What you will do:

  • organize and manage a service support team
  • develop the processes, regulations, and instructions to improve the quality of support
  • control and coordinate solutions to user requests
  • maintain the incident/request management system
  • write and update instructions for users
  • analyze the needs and track requests for changes to the services provided
  • organize and maintain personal accounts and access to resources
  • work with counterparties, offers, contracts
  • control bill payment for services

We expect you to have:

  • have extensive knowledge about network architecture and administration (Windows and Linux)
  • be good at organizing and managing a group of helpdesk system specialists
  • know English at pre-intermediate level or above

Would be advantageous:

  • experience with cloud services
  • experience with Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
  • knowledge of ITIL/ITSM
  • creative approach to SaaS solutions
