IT Service Administrator

The service administration department in our Moscow office needs a service administrator who is attentive to details and who loves to keep everything under control.

What you will do:

  • technically accompany the launch of new services, monitor the work of connecting them and providing access
  • monitor the solutions to incidents with the new services (following ITSM principles)
  • promptly respond to requests from employees, including technical requests
  • communicate with suppliers/technical support for cloud solutions
  • analyze typical problems and failures in the framework of running services, prevent their recurrence
  • prepare reports and instructions
  • maintain the relevance of the system documentation in the internal knowledge base

We expect you to have:

  • have a higher technical education
  • know IT service management methodologies and standards
  • have experience in applying the basics of process and project management (ITSM)
  • have excellent communication skills, and good self-control
  • know English at the pre-intermediate level or above (for reading documentation and correspondence with support)
  • be passionate about games

Will be an advantage:

  • experience with Atlassian JIRA & Confluence and GSuites
