What you will do:

  • Motivate, lead and supervise your team of artists to ensure their consistent development
  • Ensure that the art produced is of the highest quality
  • Together with producers, managers and other team members, develop visual concepts and ideas
  • Create concepts, illustrations, sketches and supporting documentation to maintain and develop a clear visual style
  • Develop the visual style, design and overall look of the project

We expect you to have:

  • At least 5 years experience in game development
  • Experience in creating a unique visual style in prior projects
  • The ability to see the desired result while looking for common ground with talented artists and developers
  • The ability to create sketches, illustrations, and models (skills for creating animation and video will be a plus)
  • The ability to work within the framework of an existing visual style
